Market Development Representative

About the role

NeoStats Analytics is looking for a French‑speaking Market Development Representative to drive outbound business development across Francophone North Africa and Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will prospect, qualify and build early‑stage pipelines for Data & AI solutions, working closely with senior sales and consulting teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target accounts such as banks, telecom operators, government bodies and large enterprises.
• Conduct structured outreach in French and English via phone, email, LinkedIn and approved channels.
• Qualify opportunities, assess budgets, timelines and stakeholder structures, and arrange discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts and opportunities in the CRM.
• Monitor market trends, identify local technology partners and collaborate with sales leadership and Microsoft relationship managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, enterprise lead generation or technology sales.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with procurement practices in North or West Africa.
