Maintenance Supervisor – Thermal Comfort Systems

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that machinery and equipment operate safely, reliably, and efficiently at Lear’s new Thermal Comfort Systems plant in Bizerte, Tunisia. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role leads a team of technicians and drives continuous improvement of maintenance practices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine, scheduled, and preventive maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, respond promptly to breakdowns, and repair or replace defective components to minimize downtime.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, procedures, and protocols.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
• Monitor equipment reliability and contribute to optimization initiatives across manufacturing, energy, and healthcare environments.
