Logistics Data Entry Specialist (Day Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Logistics Data Entry Specialist to support the daily management of transportation and shipping data across our Carrier Cost Management (CCM) and COMET multi‑carrier platforms. The role ensures that carrier rate cards, fuel surcharges, zone maps and transit times are accurate and up‑to‑date for all global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update carrier rate cards, fuel surcharges, remote area zones and other cost elements in CCM for multiple carriers per country.
• Upload and manage rate structures, zone maps, rate tables and transit‑time matrices for all carriers in the COMET system.
• Perform frequent, event‑driven updates of transit‑time data to reflect disruptions such as weather events, strikes or major public events.
• Prepare data files in required formats, execute manual uploads, and verify data accuracy before and after upload.
• Conduct cross‑checks against carrier contracts to ensure consistency of rates, zones and transit times.
• Generate documentation and support reporting on carrier performance, cost trends and transit‑time evolution.
• Collaborate with logistics team members and internal stakeholders to align data updates with operational needs.

• Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple teams.
• Experience handling large data sets and performing manual data uploads.
