Loans Operations Officer

About the role

Bank ABC Tunisia is strengthening its Loan Operations unit by hiring a Loans Operations Officer. The role involves setting up loans in line with ABC procedures and Central Bank of Tunisia regulations, as well as managing syndicated loans, reimbursements, and follow‑up of unpaid loans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare credit titles according to retail and corporate credit decisions.
• Verify completeness and proper constitution of loan files before any disbursement.
• Disburse loans following ABC group decisions, internal procedures, and Central Bank regulations.
• Monitor repayment schedules for corporate loans.
• Manage loan rollover rates and early reimbursements.
• Track and follow up on unpaid loans.
• Execute manual repayments for both retail and corporate loans.
• Communicate all treasury movements related to corporate loans to the treasury department.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in loan operations.
• Personal attributes: organized & meticulous, cooperative & responsible, dynamic & proactive.
