Launch Logistics Engineer

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Launch Logistics Engineer to lead logistics activities for new product launches and production ramp‑ups, ensuring seamless supply‑chain readiness for safety‑critical automotive components.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning for new product introductions and ramp‑up phases.
• Coordinate supplier and customer logistics requirements, including packaging, labeling, and EDI communication.
• Manage logistics master data and ERP configuration to support efficient operations.
• Plan and monitor material flows, forecasts, and supplier readiness to guarantee on‑time deliveries.
• Validate packaging solutions and logistics processes before production start‑up.
• Ensure end‑to‑end supply‑chain readiness and support transition to serial production.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain management, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams.
• Fluency in English and French.
