Key Account Booking Agent – UK Market

About the role

Free2move Tunisia is expanding its UK operations and seeks a Key Account Booking Agent to become the primary liaison for the UK dealership network. You will ensure smooth back‑office processes for vehicle sourcing, invoicing, warranty claims, and payment follow‑up, contributing directly to the growth of the UK market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day back‑office operations related to vehicle bookings and warranty claims.
• Support UK dealership partners in submitting, tracking, and reconciling invoices for reimbursement.
• Source vehicles and coordinate bookings according to customer requests.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment status, escalating issues when needed.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and communicate regularly with dealerships via email and phone.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service quality and operational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service, B2B support, operations, invoicing or the automotive sector.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
