Junior Invoicing Assistant (CIVP)

About the role

Under the mentorship of the Invoicing Manager, you will learn and execute the full invoicing cycle. This entry‑level position is ideal for a motivated fresh graduate eager to start a career in financial administration.

Key responsibilities

• Verify client account details, contact information, payment terms and VAT exemptions before invoicing.
• Retrieve, validate and enter purchase orders (POs) into the billing system.
• Generate accurate invoices based on approved POs and meet deadlines.
• Validate invoice data, including unit prices, discounts, VAT rates and mandatory legal information.
• Assist in reconciling client accounts and flag payment discrepancies such as short payments, overpayments or late payments.
• Contribute to weekly or monthly billing activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or a related field (mandatory for CIVP eligibility).
• Fresh graduate with no prior professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, high level of organization and integrity.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical accounting skills.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, formatting).
