Junior Business Developer – Remote

About the role

We are a Dubai‑based company seeking a motivated Junior Business Developer to join our international team remotely. You will support our growth by identifying new prospects, qualifying opportunities, and helping close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across various markets.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to spot trends and growth areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and support the sales process from first contact to closing.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date and track sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
• Contribute ideas and strategies to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Passionate about sales and business development.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, curious, and results‑oriented.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or account management is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
