IT Supervisor

About the role

As an IT Supervisor for Hilton’s hotel portfolio, you will lead technology services across multiple properties, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure that supports exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with property management and the Area Director of Technology Services to align IT initiatives with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT strategies across several hotels, coordinating with regional leadership.
• Monitor, diagnose, and optimise LAN and network server performance, managing upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot user issues related to personal computing, software applications and network connectivity, providing training and support.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure to meet Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards and certification requirements.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to maintain critical site systems and minimise downtime.
• Recruit, train, supervise and mentor the IT team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional development.
