About the role
We are looking for a remote Inside Sales Representative to support BPO Homes Inc.'s real‑estate brokerage and technology platform. The role focuses on prospecting, outreach, follow‑up and reporting to help agents grow their business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify sales prospects through research and outreach.
- Conduct customer outreach calls and follow‑up communications.
- Maintain accurate records and generate regular sales reports.
- Collaborate with the team to close deals and achieve commission targets.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and stable internet connection.
- High level of English proficiency with an American accent.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Drive.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Base salary plus commission on closed deals (details discussed during interview).
- Flexible remote work schedule (5 PM‑2 AM or 2 PM‑11 PM Tunisia time).
