Inside Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role supports revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up on proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Handle order processing from entry to delivery, coordinating with logistics and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and communicate product availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Support the field sales team with documentation and sales reports.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities, and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong inside‑sales and order‑processing experience, including quote and order management.
• Customer‑service orientation with professional issue‑resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliability and proactive problem‑solving in an on‑site collaborative setting.
