About the role

The Quality Management Engineer (Ingénieur SMQ) will ensure the performance and compliance of PMP's quality management system. Based in the industrial zone of Utique, the role focuses on deploying the company’s overall quality policy, maintaining document control, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to support ISO 9001 certification.

Key responsibilities

  • Guarantee the performance and conformity of the quality management system.
  • Lead the deployment of the global quality policy across the organization.
  • Maintain and control all quality-related documentation.
  • Promote quality culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support and actively contribute to PMP’s ISO 9001 certification process.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance.

Required profile

  • Engineering background (Ingénieur).
  • Experience or familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Ability to manage documentation and drive quality initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset for audit and performance evaluation.
