About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join PMP, a specialist in painting and metallisation of plastics located in the Utique industrial zone, Bizerte, Tunisia. The role focuses on developing new projects, industrialising production processes and designing tooling that supports our manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and monitor new projects from concept through industrialisation.
Design and oversee production tooling, ensuring it meets functional and quality requirements.
Optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage the tooling park and associated product support equipment.

Required profile

Background in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in project development, industrialisation, and tooling design.
Proven ability to analyse and improve manufacturing processes.
Capability to manage tooling assets and support structures.
