Industrial Engineering Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering Supervisor to lead our IE team in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for optimizing production processes, implementing engineering changes, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Industrial Engineering team.
• Drive process optimisation, line balancing, capacity studies and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate technical changes with cross‑functional departments.
• Ensure production readiness by providing tools, equipment and documentation on time.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to meet departmental objectives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, ergonomics and waste reduction.
• Analyse production issues and customer complaints to identify sustainable solutions.
• Promote a safe and ergonomic work environment in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Maintenance and other support functions.

Required profile

• Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.
