About the role
Lear Corporation is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations at its Menzel Bourguiba site in Tunisia. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily operations meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and follow‑up.
- Contribute to recruitment decisions, workforce planning, headcount monitoring, internal mobility and promotion processes.
- Oversee HR services such as transport, canteen, medical, and insurance, and control related costs.
- Administer time & attendance, ensure compliance with procedures, and track HR KPIs.
- Handle administrative processes including contracts, onboarding, employee files, and official documents.
- Support legal matters and follow up on litigation cases.
- Maintain accurate HR data and update SAP records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and HR administration.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and employee representatives.
