About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized front‑desk host to join our dry‑cleaning service. The role involves greeting customers, handling transactions and ensuring the cash area remains tidy and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients with courtesy and professionalism.
• Process payments by cash, card, check or other methods.
• Open and close the cash register at the start and end of each shift.
• Verify and record all cash‑handling operations accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cash desk area.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.
• Polished appearance and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Honesty, rigor, punctuality and the ability to work under pressure.
• Team‑player attitude with good stress‑management skills.
