About the role

The Guest Environment Expert (Hotel Cleanliness Expert – SPA) ensures that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming environment throughout the hotel, including spa areas. This full‑time position combines cleaning, guest service, and operational support to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and spa facilities according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver personalized service.
• Stock cleaning carts, replenish supplies, and manage inventory of housekeeping items.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Uphold confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
