Growth Associate

About the role

Hook is building an automated video‑content platform for D2C brands. As a Growth Associate you will be the front‑line sales engine, finding brands that need video content, closing deals, and ensuring the delivered videos showcase the power of our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect D2C brands that require video content across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Pitch Hook’s end‑to‑end solution, negotiate terms and close 3‑5 client relationships per month.
• Own the client journey from research, filming guidance, editing workflow to final delivery.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
• Feed insights from each project back to the product team to refine the platform.

Required profile

• Strong aesthetic sense and good taste in visual content.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Passion for social media, content creation, or e‑commerce.
• Nice to have: experience with D2C/e‑commerce brands, video editing or production background, or managing content teams.
