Goldstar Processing Support Agent - Evening Shift

About the role

The Goldstar Processing Support Agent works the evening shift to manage the full order processing cycle, from entry to release for production. The role ensures accurate order entry, verification, and timely communication with customers to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documentation.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock, artwork, and delivery dates.
• Process artwork accurately and coordinate customer approval when required.
• Communicate with customers by email or phone to resolve discrepancies and provide status updates.
• Monitor order dashboards, update ship dates, and release orders to production.
• Escalate issues to the order processing supervisor as needed.
• Maintain detailed records to avoid production delays and ensure clear production instructions.

• Proficient written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with online database packages.
• Familiarity with the Matrix/GOPA entry application (advantage).
• Good keyboard typing skills.
