Global Learning & Capability Development Expert

About the role

LEONI is seeking a senior professional to design, implement and manage global learning and capability development initiatives for defined target groups. The role will shape learning standards, oversee the Learning Management System and ensure that learning offerings align with business priorities across the automotive and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and govern global learning programs, blended formats and learning catalogues.
• Define and monitor global learning standards, qualification frameworks and LMS governance.
• Manage learning providers, digital learning tools and content processes.
• Support global skills and competency management initiatives, including qualifications and skills frameworks.
• Act as internal consultant and subject‑matter expert on learning experience and capability development.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops and enablement programs as trainer or coordinator.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement of learning processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or a related field.
• Experience in learning & development, digital learning or talent development within an international environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures.
• Strategic and conceptual thinking combined with the ability to deliver operational results.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
