Global Indirect Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Global Indirect Procurement Specialist will develop and lead sourcing strategies for indirect spend, negotiate commercial terms, manage supplier relationships and ensure cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining high quality and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic category strategies to achieve cost‑saving targets across global indirect spend.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities including RFx creation, statement of work drafting, total cost of ownership analysis, negotiations and approvals.
• Negotiate contracts focusing on commercial terms, risk mitigation, service delivery and quality, and manage contract lifecycles.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research and supplier performance tracking to support procurement decisions.
• Support working‑capital initiatives through payment‑term negotiations and rationalise the supplier base where needed.
• Continuously improve procurement and vendor‑management processes to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement or vendor management experience, preferably in a global/multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong English proficiency and a proven track record of meeting cost‑reduction targets.
• Excellent negotiation, organizational, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑changing environment.
