Founding Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for short‑term rental businesses. As a Founding Growth Marketer you will own the acquisition engine, turning awareness into demo bookings, qualified leads and paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise growth campaigns across paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and industry partnerships.
• Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings by building high‑converting funnels and landing pages.
• Conduct rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, offers and funnels, scaling what works and discarding what doesn’t.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, content production and automation.
• Track performance metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition cost and pipeline contribution, and report insights to the founder.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can pick up new growth channels and tools quickly.
• Highly motivated to become a top growth marketer, with a bias toward results.
• AI‑savvy, comfortable using modern automation and testing tools.
• Resourceful and self‑directed, able to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.
