Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will promote SafePet’s QR‑code collars throughout Tunisia by visiting pet shops, veterinary clinics, shelters and community events. This full‑time, field‑based position focuses on generating new sales opportunities, presenting product benefits and building lasting relationships with partners and pet owners.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and schedule visits to pet‑related businesses and events.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain the QR‑code collar features.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Process orders accurately and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a sales pipeline and report on performance regularly.
• Gather market feedback and collaborate with internal teams on promotions and campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong field‑sales and customer‑relationship experience, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Clear and engaging presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Interest in pet care, animal welfare or consumer products, preferably within the Tunisian market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and self‑motivation.
• Fluency in local languages; good command of English or French is a plus.
