Facilities Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive working environment for an American multinational IT client. You will lead a team and external service providers to deliver high‑quality facility services while controlling costs and supporting employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead internal staff and external providers for maintenance, cleaning, meeting‑room management, events, renovations, waste disposal and recycling.
• Monitor service delivery against KPIs and SLAs, report performance to local and regional managers, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and change‑management plans to minimise disruption.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance, and manage emergency response.
• Oversee consumable supplies, energy‑efficiency initiatives and building‑wide sustainability goals.
• Handle customs communications for shipping and receiving of client goods.
• Plan future service development aligned with strategic business objectives and manage contractor projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar facilities management role.
• Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills in English and French.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent time‑management, project‑management and research abilities.
• Hands‑on, flexible and innovative approach to problem solving.
