About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to design, implement and manage global learning and capability development initiatives for LEONI’s worldwide workforce. The role will shape learning standards, oversee the Learning Management System and deliver blended learning solutions aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and govern global learning programs for defined target groups.
• Define and monitor learning standards, qualification frameworks and LMS governance.
• Create and maintain blended learning formats, learning catalogues and digital content.
• Manage external learning providers, digital learning tools and content processes.
• Support global skills and competency management initiatives.
• Act as internal consultant and subject‑matter expert on learning experience and capability development.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops and enablement programmes.
• Measure learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education or related field.
• Proven experience in learning & development, digital learning or talent development in an international environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cultures.
• Strategic thinking combined with ability to deliver operational results.
• Fluent English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
• Knowledge of digital learning solutions and blended learning formats.
• Familiarity with skills and competency frameworks.
• Proficiency in digital content creation tools and HR technologies.
