English Speaker Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Vneuron is seeking an English‑speaking Lead Generation Specialist to clean, enrich and qualify CRM data, and to source high‑potential leads across target markets. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost pipeline performance and support the company’s RegTech solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM data.
• Source leads using multiple channels and tools.
• Enrich lead records with relevant business and contact information.
• Qualify and score leads to prioritize high‑potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align lead‑generation objectives.
• Track and report on lead‑generation performance and metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, creative and self‑motivated.
• Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Understanding of sales processes is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools for lead sourcing, enrichment and automation.
