Electrical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our architecture and engineering office in Sousse. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality electrical solutions for construction, extension and renovation projects within industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise challenging construction projects, including extensions and renovations.
• Collaborate with architecture, civil and supply engineering teams throughout design, construction and commissioning.
• Design electrical building services such as MV/LV power distribution, lightning protection, grounding, data, lighting, fire detection and alarm systems.
• Manage project execution on site, ensuring quality, schedule and cost targets are met.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Apply best‑practice standards in design and execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing electrical projects in the building sector, preferably industrial.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes, standards and industry practices.
• Willingness to travel for business and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Electrical design (MV/LV distribution, lightning protection, grounding, data, lighting, fire detection).
• MS Office / Project.
• AutoCAD.
• Revit (optional).
