E-learning Instructor

About the role

GenAlpha is looking for knowledgeable and engaging E‑Learning Instructors to create, deliver, and maintain high‑quality online courses on its learning platform. Instructors will transform their professional expertise into structured, practical, and accessible learning experiences for learners across Tunisia, Africa, and other international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design structured courses with clear objectives, modules, lectures, activities, and outcomes.
• Create engaging educational content, including videos, presentations, documents, exercises, quizzes, assignments, and practical projects.
• Ensure all course materials are accurate, original, relevant, and aligned with GenAlpha’s pedagogical standards.
• Present complex topics in a clear, learner‑friendly manner.
• Publish and regularly update course content to keep it current.
• Develop assessments such as quizzes, assignments, mini‑projects, or final projects to evaluate learner understanding.
• Review learner submissions and provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback.
• Respond professionally to learner questions, messages, and course‑related discussions.
• Monitor learner participation, progress, completion rates, and assessment results.
• Encourage learners to apply knowledge through practical activities and portfolio‑ready projects.
• Participate in instructor onboarding, training sessions, and platform improvement initiatives.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment while respecting privacy and intellectual‑property policies.
• Collaborate with the GenAlpha team to continuously improve course quality and the overall learner experience.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge or professional experience in the subject being taught.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain ideas clearly and adapt explanations to different learner levels.
