About the role
We are looking for a Commercial Director for the local market to lead the sales of our SAFIR brand in Tunisia. The role will be responsible for driving revenue across modern trade, wholesale, distribution, HORECA and professional customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop SAFIR’s turnover in Tunisia through GMS, wholesalers, distributors, HORECA and professional clients.
- Expand the client portfolio, strengthen distribution channels and achieve targets for revenue, volume, margin and market coverage.
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for SAFIR on the local market in line with corporate objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities and develop new markets, channels and customer segments.
Required profile
- Proven experience in commercial leadership within the agro‑food sector.
- Strong understanding of the Tunisian market and distribution networks.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
