Croatian-Speaking Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is looking for a Croatian‑speaking Sales Development Representative to work remotely for a client in the vacation‑rental sector. This pre‑sales position focuses on outbound calling, lead qualification, and passing warm prospects to sales managers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to vacation‑rental homeowners to introduce the client’s services.
• Assess interest and pre‑qualify leads according to defined criteria.
• Build rapport, answer initial questions and handle objections.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM system.
• Manage call follow‑ups and ensure efficient handovers.
• Participate in monthly KPI reviews and performance discussions.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2 level) with strong English communication skills.
• Experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation is preferred.
• Confidence handling objections and engaging prospects by phone.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and well‑organized.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and lead database tools.
• Comfortable using Windows 11 or later, or macOS 14+ operating systems.
• Ability to work with a wired USB headset and a stable broadband connection.
