Corporate Relationship Manager

About the role

Bank ABC is strengthening its Wholesale Banking division by hiring a Corporate Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of top corporate clients in Tunisia. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs are met while driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing corporate clients, providing personalized service and timely responses.
• Prospect new corporate accounts, positioning the bank on key deals and transactions.
• Conduct credit assessments and evaluate opportunities for new facilities.
• Collaborate with the Head of Corporate, Head of Wholesale Banking, and product specialists to structure proposals.
• Ensure strict compliance with risk, KYC, AML, and documentation standards.
• Achieve or exceed budgetary targets and maintain strong internal relationships across all bank departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Banking or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within a commercial bank.
• Strong knowledge of the Tunisian market, key players, and sector trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with internal teams, staff, and clients.
