About the role

The Corporate IT Engineering team at COFICAB Group is looking for talented developers to design, build, and maintain enterprise‑grade software, web platforms, and internal systems that support industrial operations and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend, frontend, and web applications for corporate and industrial use.
• Translate business and operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs and services across heterogeneous systems.
• Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and rollout activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best development practices.
• Support corporate IT governance and contribute to digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Professional experience: Senior Software Developer – 5+ years; Software Developer – 2‑4 years; Web Developer – 2‑5 years.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
