About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Management Controller to join its Finance team. The role supports the organization’s strategic transformations by providing accurate budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and update annual budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with operational teams.
• Monitor budget execution, analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, and propose corrective action plans.
• Produce relevant reports and dashboards that enable data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure the reliability, consistency and quality of financial and management data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and automation together with Finance, Data and IT teams.

Required profile

• Master’s level (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in management control or financial analysis.
• Experience in a multi‑site, multi‑activity environment or consulting firm is a plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, rigorous, autonomous and results‑oriented.
• Good written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• SQL knowledge.
• Power Query expertise.
