Continuous Improvement & Process (CIP) Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement & Process (CIP) Manager to lead Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives across our plant. The role will shape the future of manufacturing by driving productivity, quality, and cost performance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the site’s Lean and Continuous Improvement strategy.
• Lead high‑impact Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence projects.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Coach the CIP team and support cross‑functional groups in Lean tools, DRX Idea concept (KVP) and problem‑solving.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Kaizen, Process Capability and Lean workshops.
• Drive 5S audits, improvement actions and operational excellence initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to meet ambitious operational targets while ensuring compliance with EHS, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Certification or strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem‑solving abilities.
