About the role
The Customer Advisor will work at the Ooredoo franchise in Ezzahra, providing front‑line support to telecom customers. The role involves handling inquiries, guiding clients through service options, and ensuring a positive experience with the operator.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers and respond to their questions via phone, email, or in‑person.
- Assist clients with service activation, plan changes, and troubleshooting basic issues.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Promote Ooredoo products and services according to company guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service quality targets.
Required profile
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong working relationships.
- Excellent organization and time‑management skills.
- Clear and courteous communication abilities.
- Presentable, punctual, responsible, and dynamic attitude.
- Residence close to Ezzahra city.
