About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible counter staff member to join our busy café in Tunis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages and light food items while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other hot beverages.
Make crepes, smoothies, and milkshakes according to the café’s recipes.
Maintain a clean and organized work station at the counter.
Interact with customers, take orders, and handle payments efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

Female candidate with a friendly and energetic attitude.
Previous experience working in a café or similar food‑service environment.
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining quality.
