About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a Cloud Support Engineer who will work remotely to provide high‑quality technical assistance to customers worldwide. You will troubleshoot complex issues, handle networking and cloud‑related queries, and ensure smooth incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support via email and phone.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems related to networking and cloud products.
• Provide clear escalation reports, including impact, timeline, and reproduction steps.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of customer events.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level, spoken and written).
• 1‑2 years of proven experience in a technical support role.
• Experience as a Cloud Support Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.

• AWS (certified preferred).
• Networking concepts and troubleshooting.
