Business Process Expert – BPM & Order-to-Cash

About the role

Sartorius is seeking a Business Process Expert to lead BPM initiatives for Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash across global stakeholders. Based in Tunis, you will act as the primary liaison for process and system topics, ensuring seamless integration between ERP and CRM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash processes, driving standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Support business users on process and system issues, providing guidance on ERP (SAP) and CRM functionalities.
• Lead automation, AI‑driven and digital transformation projects, from requirements definition through testing and training.
• Monitor process performance, KPIs and contribute to BPM governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement system changes, releases and project deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management, Customer Engagement or Order‑to‑Cash.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Hands‑on experience with Order‑to‑Cash activities such as order handling, pricing and incident management.
• Proven ability to model, optimise and manage stakeholders across complex environments.
• Analytical, structured and solution‑oriented working style with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.
