Business Development Manager – Student Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager focused on student recruitment to join GEDU’s remote team in Tunisia. The role will drive partnerships with recruitment agencies and educational providers, support enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of our study‑abroad programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and establish partnerships with new student recruitment agencies and training providers.
• Assist the team in meeting recruitment targets for each intake.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners and customers.
• Analyse customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
• Support programme managers to maximise enrolments.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities.
• Present company offerings to potential partners and negotiate deals.
• Provide training to new recruiting partners and attend business meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, remote environment and travel as needed.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
