BIM Modeler

About the role

EagleProjects Tunisia is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the delivery of high‑quality, BIM‑based projects across the AEC sector. You will work closely with architects, engineers and project managers to create accurate 3D models and construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and related tools.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure model accuracy.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks.
• Create construction drawings and documentation for project execution.
• Generate as‑built models from point‑cloud data.
• Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Navisworks and Dynamo or similar tools.
• Experience processing point‑cloud data for modeling.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies, coordination and workflow management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Prior experience in architecture, construction or MEP projects is a plus.
