Backend Developer – Go/Rust, Strong DSA

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Backend Developer who enjoys building scalable systems, writing clean production-quality code, and tackling complex algorithmic challenges. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
• Write efficient, reusable, and well-tested code while optimizing performance, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement robust, performant solutions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Ability to write production-quality code independently.
• Knowledge of system design, databases, and backend architecture.
• Capable of explaining technical decisions, trade-offs, and implementation details.
• Enjoys solving challenging engineering problems through reasoning and expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Go or Rust.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented design and software engineering principles.
• Experience with multithreading, concurrency, and parallelism.
• Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
• SQL databases and data modeling.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, gRPC).
• Message queues and event-driven architectures.
• Debugging, profiling, and performance optimization.
• API design, consumption, and system scalability patterns.
• Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Unit, integration, and performance testing practices.
