About the role

The Groupe Scolaire René Descartes is seeking a dedicated Assistante Maternelle to support the well‑being and development of children within its accredited French‑curriculum schools in Ariana, Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the safety, comfort and overall well‑being of children under your care.
Collaborate closely with the teaching and supervisory team to maintain a nurturing environment.
Participate in pedagogical coordination meetings, training sessions and school‑organized events.

Required profile

Higher education level (Bac+3 or equivalent).
Strong pedagogical orientation, patience, observation and listening skills.
Sense of responsibility, strict adherence to hygiene standards and reliable availability.
Proficiency in French at a minimum B2 level.
