Application and Infrastructure Support

About the role

We are looking for an Application and Infrastructure Support professional to join Bulgin Tunisie in Mannouba. The role will ensure the reliability and performance of our IT applications and infrastructure, supporting business growth within the global IT strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and support the infrastructure environment and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Implement and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
• Respond to 1st and 2nd line help‑desk calls and planned work requests, escalating when necessary.
• Perform in‑depth testing, end‑user reviews and post‑implementation support for new or modified systems.
• Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as patch management and hot‑fix deployment.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and install/configure approved telecom and system hardware/software.
• Maintain structured cabling, WAN/LAN, wireless networks, VPNs and remote access solutions.
• Administer user accounts, set up new profiles and ensure network security updates are applied.
• Manage hardware roll‑out for PCs, laptops, mobile devices and landline phones.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with VMware virtualization.
• Knowledge of HP SAN storage solutions.
• Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies.
• Understanding of VoIP systems.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2019.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 operating system.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2010 and Office 2019.
• Strong LAN administration skills, including VPN and WAN concepts.
