About the role

Turing is seeking a freelance specialist to evaluate AI chatbot responses for realistic small‑business scenarios. You will act as a proxy small‑business owner, creating prompts, interacting with multiple chatbots, and rating the quality of their answers.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts based on defined user goals.
• Engage with up to five chatbot turns per conversation.
• Assess each response for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations across chatbots.
• Submit conversation transcripts and evaluation results.
• Use supporting files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, and images during the workflow.

Required profile

• Current small‑business owner or strong understanding of small‑business operations.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools and providing written feedback.
