About the role

We are looking for a Sterilization Agent to join our ophthalmology clinic in Tunis. The role involves handling surgical instruments after use and ensuring they are properly sterilized before the next procedure. The agent will work in the clinic’s central sterilization department and cooperate with the operating theatre staff to guarantee a smooth flow of sterile equipment.

Key responsibilities

Collect and sort dirty instrument boxes coming from the operating theatre.
Load the sterilization boxes according to the specified indicators.
Validate each sterilization cycle to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
Store the sterilized boxes in the designated area.
