About the role

SOQUIBAT is expanding its commercial team and is looking for four commercial agents to cover several locations across Tunisia, including El Mornaguia, El Mghira, Sfax Ville and Djebel El Ouest. The agents will represent the company’s metal construction business and will be responsible for generating new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Promote SOQUIBAT’s metal construction solutions to potential clients in the assigned territories.
Identify and qualify new sales prospects.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
Negotiate terms and close sales contracts.

Required profile

Education in Commerce, Sales, Civil Engineering or a related field to metal construction.
At least one commercial experience, preferably in metal construction.
Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation ability.
Dynamic, motivated and eager to meet challenges.
Team‑oriented with a results‑driven mindset.
