Windows Infrastructure Automation & IaC Engineer

About the role

The role focuses on accelerating IT operations industrialisation, automating Windows infrastructure and supporting the modernisation of on‑premises and cloud platforms. You will work closely with infrastructure, security and application teams to build scalable, reliable and secure automation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions for Windows environments using PowerShell, Terraform and related tools.
• Automate server provisioning, configuration management, identity and access management, and lifecycle operations.
• Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and support cloud transformation projects.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance, governance and auditability.
• Produce technical documentation, operational procedures and automation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years of Windows Server administration experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Terraform, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft and VMware products.
• Familiarity with Python or Bash scripting.
