Web Inbound Sales Advisor – German Speaker (Day Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Web Inbound Sales Advisor to join our Tunis team on a day‑shift schedule. You will handle inbound sales enquiries from the National Pen website, guide prospects through the buying process and turn them into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound web sales queries and phone calls from new and existing customers.
• Provide detailed product and pricing information, recommend suitable items and promotions.
• Generate orders, follow up to confirmation and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product range through ongoing training.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer issues efficiently and communicate resolutions.
• Support miscellaneous tasks such as text translations and responding to feedback on social platforms.

Required profile

• Fluent in German with at least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and listening skills.
• Ability to stay professional under pressure and handle rejections.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and highly organized.
