Warehouse Lead Specialist

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Warehouse Lead Specialist to drive European warehousing projects across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for consolidating, eliminating, and launching new warehouse activities while ensuring lean supply‑chain flows and cost efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consolidation, elimination and new‑warehouse initiatives for Autoliv EMEA.
• Optimize warehousing processes to create a leaner supply chain and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Develop business cases, timing plans and manage change implementation in close collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide warehousing inputs for upcoming projects and ensure scope, timing and cost are met.
• Coordinate with manufacturing plants, purchasing, logistics suppliers and other stakeholders to improve material flow and storage.
• Monitor project deliverables, moderate cross‑functional collaboration and capture learning points for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, high‑flexibility and independent working style.
• Experience in project management, preferably within the automotive sector.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to perform under high pressure and demanding environments.
