About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Visa Agent to guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring completeness and compliance with embassy and consulate requirements. The role combines customer service excellence with meticulous document handling.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with visa applications and clarify documentation requirements.
• Review, verify, and organize supporting documents for accuracy.
• Provide guidance on procedures, timelines, and application processes.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Follow up on application status with embassies, consulates, and partners.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Deliver a welcoming and high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and data‑entry tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, French, and Arabic (additional languages a plus).
• Professional and ethical approach to handling sensitive information.
